FloatQuest

You’re writing quotes at eleven at night.

Not because the work is hard. Because the same information lives in five places and somebody has to carry it between them by hand. That somebody is you.

I rebuild one of those processes so it stops needing you. Two to three weeks. Measured before and after.

01The work

One process. Not your whole business.

Scope
One process, end to end
Duration
Two to three weeks, fixed
Delivery
Running in your tools. Not a slide deck
Handover
Diagram, failure paths, and the sheet the number came from
After
Fourteen days of stabilisation, included
For
Service businesses of 2 to 20 people, already earning

Quotes that take three days to go out. Bookings confirmed one message at a time. Leads that sit until Monday morning. Pick the one that costs you the most hours.

I rebuild that one inside what you already pay for — your inbox, your calendar, your CRM, your spreadsheet. Nothing new to log into if I can avoid it.

You are buying hours back and one less thing that breaks. Not software.

02Proof

There isn’t any yet. Here is exactly where it stands.

No paying clients yet · nothing on this page is a claim

No client names, no logos, no numbers, no testimonials — because there are none to show. This block says so until that changes, and then it says who, and by how much.

What goes here first: a 90-second recording of a quoting process rebuilt end to end, with the before and after number, and the sheet that number came from. My own demo, not client work.

No date promised. It goes up when it is worth watching, not when a page said it would.

03How we start

Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Fit call

Twenty minutes, free. You describe the process. I ask what you did the last time it went wrong. If it isn’t a fit, I say so on the call.

  2. Scope

If what you need is already clear, you get a quote, a date, and a number to beat.

  3. Workflow audit

If it isn’t clear, we start with one. Fixed price, and it comes off the build in full if you go ahead.

  4. Build

Two to three weeks. You see it working before you pay the rest.

  5. Fourteen days

Things break in week one. That’s the fortnight I’m still there for, at no extra cost.

04Who this is

FloatQuest is one person, and it’s me.

Juan Carlos Rodríguez
Founder · FloatQuest · Doha

Fifteen years running delivery on large international projects — planning, cost and risk. Which mostly means getting organisations that don’t report to each other to work off the same numbers and hit the same dates.

Small businesses have the same problem at a different scale. The information sits in somebody’s head or somebody’s inbox instead of moving.

Based in Doha. I work in English and Spanish.

Four questions. No call booked until I’ve read your answers.

One reply, from me, inside 48 hours. If it’s not a fit I’ll tell you in the first line.
